The company provides good opportunities to build teams, train interns and junior engineers, and follow strong software engineering practices. It is also easy to work with the team, and the environment is friendly and supportive. I also like that the company keeps moving toward the latest technologies and tools, which helps engineers learn and improve. The compensation and benefits are also reasonable and aligned with industry standards.

I've been with the company since 2021, and looking back, I’m genuinely grateful for how much I’ve grown both professionally and personally. Coming from Sri Lanka, getting the chance to work in iVedha Mexico office was an amazing and unexpected chapter in my career. The environment is collaborative, people are approachable, and I’ve always felt trusted to take ownership of meaningful work. Leadership is open to ideas, and I’ve had the freedom to explore new technologies across various projects. The flexibility, especially the option to work remotely, has made a huge difference in maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
