iWorkGlobal is like a startup in that any and every individual has the ability to bring about change, regardless of position in the org chart. Our leader is always looking at what transformation and evolution can and will look like for us.
It's a high paced and demanding company. Commitment, ownership, and accountability are required from all. It's not a relaxed, chill environment, but that wouldn't be expected from a successful, fast growing, Bay Area company.
Perhaps the most important aspect of the company to be aware of is the emotional stuff. There is so much interpersonal warmth and connectedness. Laughter and the occasional silliness is part of every single day. It's one thing to love your job; it's another thing entirely to love spending your life with the people you work with.
