Pros

A lot of work to do, so one can never get bored. Opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands globally. Fast paced.

Cons

It is unfortunate that the company favours a few individuals at the top, who blindly go along with whatever decision Management makes that day, as let's face it they change their mind constantly. Anyone who dares speak up, is then outcast, despite being right. The goal posts move all the time, whatever the employees do it is never good enough. Even when employees go above and beyond, they are made to feel small and there is a distinct lack of generosity. Pay is lower than industry standard and employees are made to feel bad for asking for pay rises. There is a toxic blame culture. There is so much politics and backstabbing it is seriously unhealthy. Management is very poor and tries to make the staff look bad to save themselves and their own shortcomings. There are clear issues in this business, yet the employees are blamed. The technology can break and cause errors. Most people are miserable, yet won't admit it. There is zero progression, unless you suck up and play the political game. CEO is incredibly rude, arrogant and storms around the office. Randomly shouts at people without knowing the full story of what has happened with clients. FAKE PLACE.

Pros

- I can't even think of any - There's more negatives than positives

Cons

- Management make rash decisions to change the internal team structure every month or so. - They blame YOU when their faulty tech doesn't drive the client any incremental value or sales. (let's not forget that their whole business is a scam because the incremental value of it cannot be proved and it's a fact!) - They do mass hires and then make everyone redundant all in a space of 3-4 months. - Funniest thing is that if you don't **** kiss the management, they will get rid of you without a valid reason. - There's absolute no scope of climbing the corporate ladder in this company as they don't care about your self-development. How can you develop yourself when you didn't receive proper training from them in the first place? - CEO will never speak to you but will give you uncomfortable stares in the office. Let's not forget that he doesn't like to see anyone on their phone otherwise you'll get a message from your manager telling you to go outside the office to use your phone. - Your manager will never train you on anything themselves but will rely on junior members to give you 'training'. Also, if you receive feedback, they will never tell you how to improve for next time, instead expect you to magically learn it yourself. - HR goes on about improving the company culture but there isn't one to even begin with. - There's no actual job stability or security here. - They advertise they're a 'flexi' workplace but there's actual no flexibility in anything. They expect everyone to be in 3 days but management don't follow this themselves. You also have to book in your 'WFH' days, if that isn't micromanaging then i don't know what is. - Everyone is FAKE. - Lets not forget how they FORCE you to come in for 8 days in a row for black friday and then get rid of you once you've done your job. - They lie to you about having bonuses.

Pros

You learn a lot about affiliate network - the one and only good thing about them!

Cons

Working at Intent.ly was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my career. The environment is plagued by discrimination, with little to no regard for employee well-being, leading to extreme burnout. Management is neglectful, and employees are treated poorly, with micromanagement being the norm. Salaries are uncompetitive and horrible (they only promote people within their inner circle to top roles, making it nearly impossible for others to advance, no matter how hard they work), and the overall lack of respect for staff is appalling. My advice: run away from this place and don’t waste your time. There are much better opportunities elsewhere.
