Clear prioritisation of profit over care. No therapeutic direction. Newly merged company and the centralisation of operations is chaotic. Staffing / recruitment is non-functional. Lack of senior leadership. Pay not good enough considering the above. 12 hour shifts Feel unsafe at work and this is poorly addressed. All talk of quality and values etc is all talk no action. Poor Diversity Equality & Inclusion recognition/policy

Clear favouritism from management, they employ staff that are incompetent and don’t know what they’re doing. Lack of appreciation or support. Very poorly run company and management treat you based on if they like you or not. Low pay for the work you do as it can be very challenging. In general, not a nice working environment and would not recommend to anyone.
