Poor staff relationship with management, who are not honest/professional in their dealings with the staff.

They have growth potential which may be fulfilled if they invest in staff and not just think about profits
Cons
Ruthless company with very little regard for their staff... The management team/owners have no regard for what the staff think and do completely as they see fit irrespective of how it affects staff morale.

To much unnecessary work. Naughty Leadership Expected to work 12h per day and on weekend Company is suffering with cash, new owner is not investing anything in the company Not realistic
