Pros
Great place if you have zero experience and want to see what agency life is like. Most projects and campaigns are extremely interesting. Very steep learning curve. I'd recommend joining for an internship.
Cons
Very disorganized. Complete lack of processes. Very high employee turnover. Lack of balance between work and private life.
