      The best part of the job is working remote

      Cons

      The owners continuously overstep their boundaries and timeliness. They constantly make you wrong before investigating issues completely. Stress is the TOP word. Constant turnover because of this.

      Decent pay, sometimes. Easy work.

      Cons

      HR is a mess. The owners have their hands in everything and constantly violate labor laws, then blame you and change the rules every time you bring labor codes to support your point. Expect you to be available 24/7, even texting late at night.

      Working remote was the only real benefit.

      Cons

      Low pay, nepotism, poor upper management. Decisions were made with little to no notice. You only get a salary that matches cost of living if you're their friend. Do not expect the company or owners to actually care about you.
