      Pros

      Great people, great product and great culture! I have been there for a couple of years and still enjoy every day. The people are so helpful and collaborative and the company really looks after it's employees. Everyone is working towards the same goal which means that any challenge can be overcome. It's a fantastic product with so many exciting developments on the horizon. The flexible working environment is a huge plus as is being able to work with colleagues all over Europe on a daily basis.

      Lacks culture given layoffs

      Pros

      Some good colleagues. Work life balance generally fine.

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs, but hiring at the same time. Senior management on overly high salaries relative to other staff. Certain teams overworked. Poor comms. Lots of uncertainty and chaos.
