      Valuable multitasking skills but chaotic management and low pay

      Pros

      Can do many different tasks so you can build a strong multitasking skills set. You have the freedom to express your thoughts and creativity. You will learn how to be independent because you have to figure things out on your own.

      Cons

      You have to learn everything by yourself because no one in the company trains you. The company structure is chaotic. You have to do tasks that were not listed in your job description and might not even belong to your department. The salary package is below the market rate. Poor management among the company, from the top to managerial grade employees.

      In a toxic company environment, the management changes their ideas daily, there is no fixed timetable, and they constantly pressure employees, expecting everything to be completed without providing time or space. The company intends to develop multiple businesses but does not hire more staff, placing all the pressure on employees. The pay is extremely low and does not correspond to the workload. The management's words also show a lack of respect for the employees. Always with nonsense request and work requirement.
