      Excellent team, impressive client roster and exciting future

      Pros

      Not only do they have some great clients and accounts to work on, but the company spirit is fantastic and there is a great team of people to work with. Having taken two maternity leave periods during my time there, I have always been supported and allowed flexibility to enable me to work around any childcare issues. Senior management are always accessible and easy to talk to. There are excellent development prospects and the new partnership with the team in the USA provides new and exciting opportunities worldwide. Great benefits and a smart new WeWork central London office. Continuously developing and expanding (both in terms of employees and clients).

      Lots of opportunities to grow with an exciting agency, which has offices in London, Chicago and throughout the USA Great team of extremely friendly and hard-working staff Loads of benefits, particularly the new Central London WeWork offices, generous annual leave, day off on your birthday, office is dog friendly, away days, summer working hours, etc. Opportunities to travel internationally and work at globally renowned sporting events Enviable roster of clients across golf, sailing, tennis, rowing and equestrian Impressive new business opportunities and client wins - the agency definitely punches above its weight and competes with much larger multinational agencies Senior management is forward-thinking and flexible, and hard work and dedication is always rewarded Senior management encourages professional training to assist role progression Members of the team are first aid trained, while at least one member is trained in mental health awareness at work Company surveys are detailed and staff feedback is always listened to and considered Overall, a really positive company vibe, which ultimately emanates from some incredibly talented individuals and teams at all levels of the agency
