Cool vehicles to work with. Get to meet lots of friendly customers and adventure seekers

Cons

Expected to manage a large number of areas single-handedly. Lack of support from management.

Nothing it's Fake family and don't respect the values

I worked for years in the Roadsurfer and I saw the management deteriorate day by day. Failure to respect corporate values is a daily occurrence. You will find yourself alone facing days of fatigue, mocked by those who have no interest whatsoever. Mocking and rudeness are often the order of the day. Dirty and personal environment, messy and careless. Despite daily efforts, you will not see any improvement in the environment in colleagues to make the workplace professional and efficient. Management of offices out of sympathy or preference NOT FOR MERITOCRACY. I strongly advise against the place in question. 5 people in a year and a half have left the company voluntarily or have been taken to do so out of despair. Obviously and Surely, following will come feedbacks, piloted to try to defend the indefensible, and the bitter reality experienced by several people even seasonal.
