Cons
1. Founder can't decide on direction. Politics emerge when co-founders left. 2, Constant management changes. New execs every 6 months which are often founder's new fav. 3, Sued by former employees of unlawful termination & office harrasement, chaotic & unethical management practices. One week before "we remain strongly believed in our business growth", one week after "we're closing this office, you're all terminated". 4. Founder like to "lie" to sell the product to prospective customers when none of those product exists. Every early customers churned due to failed promises.
