      - Challenging tasks that helps you learn new programs / functions - Work flexibility - Good communication among colleagues

      Cons

      - Lack of structure, sometimes it's hard to predict what tasks to expect, but that's something I could always discuss with my manager and share my preferences - what task I want to receive more or which function I want to explore more

      Quickly growing, loads of exciting projects keep popping up, international teams and environment. Great teams (F1/Football etc) and cool products.

      Quick growth also comes with its challenges but no real cons tbh
