      Pros

      I love helping kids and our organization brings great learning opportunities to kids in urban and remote locations. This organization has been a wonderful experience for me and the people in my team.

      Cons

      The educational field isn't compensated the way it should be - schools spend more on sports than education.

      Pros

      This is a collaborative environment even though we are thousands of people separated due to COVID. The teams from content development to delivery have pulled together and maintained the quality of our service for the sake of the kids and our reputation.

      Cons

      We need more governmental support. Hybrid learning is the new normal and Washington needs to get on board.

      The company culture allows for us to meet the needs of schools and students - even when they involve budget constraints and time adjustment needs.

      Cons

      Each school district and school can have different and conflicting tech needs. We lean on our tech teams more than we should have to.
