Pros

It was close to where I was personally located. Interesting projects to work on. The local team was filled with nice people. Company has a lot of business, will probably keep doing well.

Cons

There is no room nor interest for personal growth. There is a big "Do as you are told and don't speak or comment about anything" mentallity. Poor Contract and general work ethics. Straight up lies about contract renewals and salary. Consistent late payments on salary and holiday allowance. Demands to make overtime and work in the weekends for no compensation. If refused you are deemed "not fit for the company". Management screaming, making "examples" of people and shaming them publicly. The phrase "If you are good for the company the company will be good for you" Is one that was said a lot. But even people who had been working very hard since the beginning where let go without a second though when they wouldn'd agree a lowered salary and worse work terms. And to top it all off the office is in poor shape. Nothing gets done about it as it not seen as an office worth investing in. The entire interest in the Hilversum office is to get foreign people working there which will be impressed by the dutch living standard and work for almost minimum wage without complaining.
