      Workspace accommodations Some of the executives seem to genuinely care Health Care Benefits

      Cons

      Lack of professional development and career growth Unfair choices and no transparency by management with little to no reason No Work-life balance Extreme gaslighting by management The team I worked on was notoriously known within the company as a churn and burn team. Staying for 1-2 years and then leaving due to burn out was extremely common.

      I was able to leave with my dignity in tact.

      If you’re a black person, avoid this company like the plague. You will not get promoted, you will continued to be underleveled and you will be gaslighted for your ideas while being underpaid as well as overworked. If you don’t believe me, just look at the data by going on LinkedIn and observing the resume of black people who’ve previously worked there.

      Two years ago both co-founders of trueX left the company, since then it has lost its mojo. Current leadership was brought in from outside the company, has no experience of working in start-up environment, no experience of releasing technology products to market, and demonstrates very little trust in their staff. Disfunction and unhappiness are openly discussed across the company, with many people just waiting out COVID before finding new work elsewhere. Sad end to a company that used to be great.
