      Reputed brand, nothing more than that

      Higher management doesn't get involved a lot because of which ADs do whatever they want. Moreover, if you give a bad review of your manager you don't get your full and final settlement, the HRs act like puppets of the ADs and directors and have no say in decision making related to employees.
