Cons
This workplace is toxic, and the leadership is evil. These awful people fire employees for no reason and don't even offer a warning. It's ridiculous. Employees constantly lived with the fear of job loss. It was terrible.
The unfortunate employees here at wmHarper are met with hostility from the management. Aside from being rigid and unreasonable, our supervisors are unnecessarily aggressive and hostile. Most of them have terrible tempers, and they often lash out at the employees.
This company is circling the drain. Long-term growth is non-existent. Executives have made a series of bad decisions ranging from multiple rounds of layoffs. Employees who suggested improvements were often dismissed. While not suprising, it has created a fear-based culture. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dumpster fire of a company like the plague.
