The company tries hard to convince you that you are a family

Cons

Lots of nepotism, gossiping, low salaries, and only the ones leaning towards the management are given a chance to grow. Selective approach is a terrible move.

You can learn a lot, best colleagues I ever had. You can ask for help any of them.

Cons

Feeling unsafe fot the job, if you don't do the extra job that management thinks is a trend right now, you don't get appreciation even if you work tirelessly on your project.
