some career advice for Fire Alarm Technician Hey everyone, I’m based in Hamilton Ontario and want to get into the trade as a fire alarm helper/trainee. I’m open to working locally or commuting into Brantford, Burlington. I also have a full G license, clean abstract, and my own car. Looking for some quick advice? * Should I look for "CFAA Trainee" job postings or just general helper roles? * Or just finish all courses then apply? Appreciate any advice Thank you

Is it bad that I wish to leave the current role for context I've held a manager's position for 5+ Years, climbing from the bottom towards the full-time assistant position that I hold now, due to a internal promotion that has come up a position I want has come up, I've been very vocal about my want and desire to grow within the company. Issue I'm facing now is that I must complete multiple stages of interview, along with having to "compete" against two other candidates? is this normal?
