Sales Representative

I’ve been stuck in a B2B role at an extremely toxic company. The pay has not lived up to what was promised by a long shot even being the top sales rep out of 9 total territories. Theres been a ton of turnover both from Sales Reps and leadership. I’ve been in sales for a total of 6 years and this last one has really developed a feeling of burnout.
