Through her involvement with ASquared, Menopause Workplace Pledge, Pregnancy Loss Pledge, Mental Health Charter, and Breathe Culture Pledge, she has worked tirelessly to raise awareness within the workplace on the importance of Mental Health and Mental Wellbeing, and to establish a culture of People First Employer. What makes her achievements even more inspiring is the personal challenges she faces and overcomes. She speaks openly about her own experiences with mental health challenges, child loss, and menopause, and has used these experiences to connect with others and inspire positive change.
