Are you a Senior HR Advisor with experience and a passion for employee relations? In this new role you will actively drive the management of our ER caseload, working alongside the HR Business Partner, HR Officer and HR Director. In addition, you'll support with all cyclical HR activity including succession planning and talent management. Any experience within Payroll would also be an advantage. You will collate, update and present HR data and metrics which inform and direct the future strategic plan and tactical progression of our service excellence and wider people strategy.
