At Action Behavior Centers, our mission starts with our people. Every day, the Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBAs®), Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®), Clinical Directors, and operations and support teammates at ABC show up with compassion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to helping autistic children reach milestone moments. The culture they build for one another is the same culture families experience when they walk through our doors. That's why being recognized across six 2026 Newsweek Greatest Workplaces lists means so much. These recognitions belong to every person on Team ABC who makes this a place where meaningful work happens every day. 2026 Newsweek Greatest Workplaces recognitions: America’s Greatest Workplaces for Entry Level 2026 America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2026 America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Well-Being 2026 America’s Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging & Community 2026 America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care 2026 America's Greatest Workplaces by State (Texas) 2026 America’s Greatest Workplaces 2026 To our teammates: thank you. During our annual Leadership Summit, thousands of Action Behavior Centers teammates came together to learn, celebrate, and look ahead to the future of autism care. But one of the most meaningful moments happened when we paused to give back. 💙 In partnership with The Kindness Campaign®, our teams rolled up their sleeves for a community impact event focused on emotional health and kindness. Together, teammates assembled bracelets, superhero capes, Enoughie Buddy® antennas, and Enoughie Magic Mirrors®: tools designed to help children understand their emotions, build confidence, and recognize their worth. These resources will soon reach nearly 25,000 students in Arlington ISD, helping bring emotional literacy and encouragement into classrooms across the district. At Action Behavior Centers, advocacy goes beyond the work we do in our centers. It lives in the moments where we come together as a community to lift others up, remind children they are valued, and invest in a future where every child has the support they deserve. Thank you to The Kindness Campaign® for partnering with us to make this impact possible. ✨ #ActionBehaviorCenters #AskMeAboutABC #LeadershipSummit #CommunityImpact #KindnessMatters #AutismAdvocacy #EmotionalHealth #TeamAction
ABC Academy is a continuation of care designed for children aged 5–12 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It’s a great fit for children who are in school part-time or full-time but still need extra support. Our program helps children improve their social, emotional, and executive functioning skills in a fun and exciting environment. Using evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, therapists work 1:1 with children to help them reach their goals.
