Our Head of Health and Safety, Colin Mitchell, recently completed the Lakesman Ironman Triathlon! The challenge, with a 17 hour time limit, included a 2.5-mile swim, 112-mile cycle and a 26-mile run. Colin smashed the challenge in under 15 hours! Congratulations on this huge achievement Colin! We're tired just thinking about it! 🙂
