That’s why we partnered with Visa to host an interactive financial literacy event at Ridgewood High School — featuring expert guidance, interactive games, and hands-on money skills. 💰 The Alliant Credit Union Foundation also awarded two $2,000 scholarships — one to a Ridgewood senior and one to an underclassman — to help them take the next step toward a brighter future. 🎓

Our ALA25 capstone event in August marked another incredible milestone for the Alliant Leadership Academy (ALA), celebrating leadership, collaboration and innovation. 💡 Nine dynamic teams presented real business solutions to our executive leadership after weeks of learning, coaching and cross-functional teamwork. 🏆 Now in its third year, ALA empowers leaders to think at an enterprise level, strengthen team performance and drive meaningful change.
