CARING is our core value and this is evident in actions!! One big example of this was one of my promotions. It was announced a month before my maternity leave. On my return, my performance rating for that year was based on my active-working period, which was extrapolated for the whole year! What else can an employee ask for? ... Having worked under different senior leaders over these 15 years, I found few common traits in all of them - Approachable & Unbiased - being key ones. Back in September 2020, to support the frontline workers leading the charge against the pandemic, we had contributed 40,000 PPE kits, 5500 Antigen-Testing kits, 5000 Recovering-patients kits and more. And over the past three months, we expanded the purview of the initiative to distribute 41,500 Safety-kits to Police officials across the country for their undying commitment even in the midst of the pandemic.
