As an employment agency, we do not simply sit behind screens with headsets pushing the next sale. Last week we held an open day for nurses to register with our UCLH Bank. This was a fun day. Our consultants registered nurses in person over a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Tomorrow we will be attending the RCN Bulletin Jobs Fair in the Business and Design Centre at stand 36, again to meet with potential Bank nurses. Bank Partners were awarded a place on the new Framework Agreement. Further to this, we received 100% on all qualitative aspects of the tender. This award means that Bank Partners will be considered by NHS trusts for contracts to manage staff banks.
