I want to address some of the reviews here. Transparency matters to me, and I feel bad anytime our company isn't a good fit for an employee. I generally think issues stem from our company not being grown enough yet to meet employees needs. In 2023, we hired a big sales team without the right strategy. That led to tough layoffs that hurt many talented people...through no fault of their own. I also heard a former sales leader encouraged negative reviews after. That doesn’t erase the real challenges or the real human impact, but it explains why many harsh reviews are from that time. I take full responsibility for those mistakes. I’m learning how to build this company alongside my team. That period of leadership didn’t reflect the culture I want for Blue Orange, and it’s my job to make sure it never happens again. The company today is very different. We have and continue to invest in culture, strengthen our leadership, focus our approach, and create clearer paths for growth. I’ve built my career around surrounding myself with people smarter and more talented than me...this company is no exception. If you’re considering Blue Orange, I encourage you to look past those older reviews and talk with our current team. We’ve stumbled but also learned and grown into a company many team members are proud of, including myself. I couldn’t be more excited about the team we’re building for the future.
