"With the new Poznań office, we restarted our bi-weekly #Poznań Boozt Meetups. The idea is simple - once per two week we meet all together for 1-2 hours and spend some time together on knowledgsharing and discussions. First of all, there is a team-building aspehashtagct. As we have a few dev teams, integrating a little more is amazing. We organize lunch or some sweets and coffee. We sit down all together and spend some time with each other. Nobody is forced to participate, but everyone is welcome. The second part is knowledge sharing and brainstorming. We started with some talks; later, we added a discussion. Currently, it is a mix. Before the meeting, we gather suggestions and select the topic together. We should do it two weeks ahead. Then, people prepare for a talk/presentation and a discussion. We want to share our ideas, issues, work we did, and things we know and try to think how to use that knowledge in other projects, how to solve shared issues, etc. This week, we talked about observability and consumed a lot of pizza." The challenges have been many and tough demands have been put on us. However, we managed to continue the development of our Nordic Department Store concept. We grew 15% and delivered an adjusted EBIT of 5.2%. I don't believe anyone in the industry managed to deliver numbers like that. “What is it that you do differently from others?" a lot of investors in the Nordics, UK, and US asked me this past year.
