π§ Mental Health Week at the office took a wild turn this yearβ¦ literally. 2 months ago, we welcomed the Wild Science petting zoo for a furry (and slightly creepy) animal show-and-tell! From Peter the fluffy Lionhead rabbit to Pumpkin the vibrant Cornsnake, and even Gary the surprisingly charming giant African snail β our team got up close with a whole crew of stress-busting creatures. π°ππ Sure, some of us passed on meeting Morpheus the hissing cockroach and Legs the tarantula (fair enough), but facing fears is part of the journey too. πͺ We followed it all up with a delicious Thai lunch, both moments helped us unwind, reconnect, and reflect on the many ways we can support mental wellbeing. hashtag#AgencyLife hashtag#WildLife hashtag#OfficeDays
This #NationalApprenticeshipWeek, weβre celebrating the power of learning on the job. Here's Amy, our former Apprentice turned Paid Media Executive, sharing what she loved most about her apprenticeship. And if you swipe, you'll hear from our current Apprentice, Evie, sharing her favourite things about her learning and growing journey! π

For mental health awareness day, we have hosted two meditation sessions and a therapeutic art session where we created our own vibrant gratitude jars. A big thank you to Michal Wielechowski and Amalee Gamache, our amazing mental health first aiders for leading these sessions! π§ββοΈπ¨ Let's nurture our minds and hearts, together! π
π This morning, we had an impactful Mental Health Awareness event! πβ¨ As this year's Mental Health Awareness Week's theme is all about Anxiety, we focused on engaging in enriching discussions about various anxiety types and effective coping strategies. πͺ We believe in creating a safe space where important conversations about mental health flourish, and we take pride in fostering a culture that genuinely cares and nurtures expertise, while also making work fun, inclusive, and rewarding for all. β€οΈππ€ Today's event was a powerful reflection of our commitment to our employees' mental well-being. We will continue championing mental health and cultivating a positive, supportive workplace! ππ
β INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION β Earlier this month our team had a great time attending Therfield School Career Fair. It was amazing to meet students of all year groups who are keen to explore different career options and are enthusiastic about Digital Marketing. Thanks to our superstars Lewis Dennett and Isla Martin for representing Broadplace and talking all things digital to sow the seed for the students' future career paths. Well done Therfield School for organising such a great event with a variety of local employers!
Did you know, tree loss in the UK is pushing many of our native species to the brink of extinction? Many of these threatened species are often over-looked, but play vital roles in nature. As part of the habitats development at the The Wildlife Aid Foundation, they hope to plant thousands of whips and young trees to help restore some of this lost woodland, supporting thousands of species of plants and animals in the process. Earlier this week, we were honoured to #DoOneThing for nature and went to help restore a corner of Surreyβs countryside, so that it can become a thriving wildlife habitat.
We've had a fantastic event with our clients and colleagues earlier this month in the heart of London.
Great to be down by the coast for #brightonseo earlier this month! The team has been enjoying some fantastic sessions and it's been brilliant to connect with all our peers from across the search industry. Many thanks to brightonSEO for all their hard work putting this event together!
