In the lead-up to International Women's Day, it is important for us to acknowledge the women we have working for us at Client Server. We have recently signed the "menopause pledge" which recognises that menopause can be an issue in the workplace. Karen Simons shares her personal experience and says "normalising menopause in the workplace (and wider society in general), communication, understanding and kindness are things that can help massively." We want to support our women, whatever stage they are in their lives.

Recently, our Head of Advertising, Karen Simons, sat down with our networking group to share her story of progression at Client Server. She is one of our longstanding members, having joined Client Server in 2006 when we were based in a small office in Surbiton, and has seen the company through much change and growth. It was great to hear about her story and involvement in the success of the business.

🌟 Women’s Networking Group 🌟 On Friday we had our third women’s networking group meet-up which we invite all our employees to every quarter. This is a supportive space where we’re able to gain advice and knowledge on a variety of topics whilst sharing experiences, ideas, and any issues we may have. This time Lucy, our Head of Learning and Development, spoke about her experience of balancing work with a young family and how Client Server supported her during that time. We also heard about some of the fantastic benefits we have in place to support any new mums & dads such as our enhanced parental leave and flexible working options!
