We are delighted to announce that Cogora has acquired GDPUK – a dentistry publication, to add to our primary care portfolio – www.gdpuk.com. GDPUK has been an online platform for dentists and their staff for 18 years, providing news, analysis, opinions and a forum. We'll be focusing on breaking exclusive news, in-depth analysis, clinical roundups and broad-ranging investigations and expanding the active forum, ensuring it remains a destination for dentists wanting to debate the issues impacting their day-to-day practice. This acquisition means Cogora now spans the whole of primary care, from GPs to practice nurses to commissioners and now dentists. We are excited to be part of GDPUK's next chapter!

We’re proud to see Jim recognised among such impressive company and to see our continued commitment to security excellence celebrated.
He has done it again! Our brilliant Jaimie Kaffash won Innovator of the Year at the BSME awards on Thursday night! It's fantastic recognition for all the work he has done in launching Cogora Insight and delivering his brilliant white papers this year. The judges said that since taking on the role of Pulse's editor-in-chief last year he has 'turbo-charged the brand launching new, highly profitable brand extensions' . They said: 'His monetisation of investigative journalism through sponsored white papers and the sale of granular data to clients demonstrates brilliant creativity and innovation without ever compromising editorial integrity.' Well done Jaimie and all other winners and nominees!
Our latest white paper on GP access was launched at an event during the Labour Party conference attended by MPs and some of the biggest names in general practice. The report was hailed by the BMA’s GP lead negotiator as a ‘must read’ for ministers, who said the findings will be ‘central to our discussions with the Government’. The GP spokesperson for the Doctors Association UK noted that ‘reading this report is an essential part of thinking through how things should be set for the future of patient care.’ Cogora will be continuing to produce more of these heavyweight reports throughout 2026, using our knowledge of primary care data and unparalleled access to professionals within the sector, so watch this space!

We are thrilled to share that Maya Dhillon, features assistant at Pulse, has won a BSME Talent Award - taking home the Unsung Hero prize at Tuesday evening’s ceremony. The award recognises the "secret powerhouses" of magazine and digital media brands and the judges praised Maya’s ability to go beyond the headlines and tell compelling, nuanced stories about the world of medicine and healthcare. They highlighted her work commissioning and editing GP voices, her own analysis pieces, and her wider contribution to the team. Maya's work on Pulse’s Behind the Headlines series, which challenges misleading or harmful narratives around GPs, was highlighted in particular. Maya has also produced and hosted the brand-new Pulse podcast, Pulse in Focus, which keeps GPs up to date with the latest news and clinical updates, as well as expert interviews and investigations. A huge congratulations to Maya for this well-deserved recognition!

Our brilliant Anna Colivicchi has won a prestigious award from the Chartered Institute of Journalists - Young Campaigning Journalist of the Year for her work covering the failure of trusts to send clinical letters to GPs. She was up against strong opposition from The Telegraph. The judges were effusive in their praise, stating Anna displayed an ‘outstanding portfolio of stories constituting a superb campaign of investigative journalism with original content and sophisticated data journalism illustration’. This was a thoroughly deserved win for Anna, who has been a star since she joined us two years ago, and follows a string of awards for the Pulse team.
