In October 2018 we launched the Manchester branch of our Women + network, an initiative to help build confidence and help our colleagues succeed. The network which has run successfully in other DAC Beachcroft and has proved popular, aims to generate fresh ideas to help influence and inform the leadership of the firm in relation to issues affecting women's careers and wellbeing. It also provided greater exposure to senior female role models and other senior business leaders within the firm to strengthen internal relationships. Our Women + network exists to support and encourage women in the firm to succeed with their chosen career path. Its focus is on personal growth and career development, internal and external networking and on generating fresh ideas and thinking to help shape and influence the firm in relation to issues affecting women's careers and wellbeing.
