A Level 3 Disability Confident Leader is an organisation that has gone beyond simply being a good employer of disabled people and is actively championing disability confidence within their wider local and business communities. To achieve this level, an organisation must have completed the Level 2 Disability Confident Employer process, then undergone external validation of their self-assessment, provided a leadership narrative demonstrating ongoing commitment, confirmed employment of disabled people, and committed to publicly reporting on disability, mental health, and wellbeing.
