EFP participated in the Red Ribbon Basket program! 🎁 This program was designed to provide basic household items for families in need who don't get adopted over the holidays. For every basket that is put together, the Salvation Army adds a food gift card and a Toys for Tots voucher for the families to indulge in the holiday spirit. We are proud to do our part and support our local communities! 🔔✨ #EFPLife #RedRibbonBasket #HolidaySeason #Giving

EFP regularly conducts thermal imaging inspections on our equipment for preventative measures. This process aids us in identifying hotspots, which can indicate potential issues like overheating components, electrical faults, or mechanical failures. 📷🔥 By detecting these problems early, our plants can perform maintenance before any breakdown occurs which greatly reduces downtime and improves overall efficiency. 🔧 Thermal imaging is also used for quality control to ensure products are manufactured within required temperature ranges, ensuring consistency and reliability. Did you know that EFP participates in an EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) #recycling program? Our Alabama, Tennessee, and both of our Indiana facilities recycle EPS.♻️ ✅EPS is 100% recyclable and can easily be reincorporated into new foam packaging products using our recycling compactor. This compactor compresses the used material down to resin form to be reincorporated into new batches of EPS that are later expanded to the proper density of the products being made. 🌎EFP can only take in clean products, meaning that there should be no food, stickers, or other contaminates on the material when dropping off at one of our facilities. The drop off hours for all our locations are between 8:00–2:00pm. Please call ahead of time to schedule a drop off if you have more than a few items to recycle. 💚If you are not located near an EFP location to drop off your #EPS, please locate a nearby facility using this link: www.epsindustry.org/recycling-map. Let's build a #greener future together, one EPS packaging component at a time! #EFPLife
