As an organization with more than 700 employees spread across 10 countries, we know that maintaining “togetherness” and belonging is critical, especially amid the pandemic and remote work. We also believe it’s important to recognize our people who go above and beyond the expectations, and we’ve created different ways to acknowledge that. The #myemergn awards is one of them.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers international business competition named Emergn a Bronze winner in the Employer of the Year – Business & Professional Services category. The award serves as a powerful testament to the effort our team has made over the last year to engage employees worldwide.
Today your home is your office. And your office – an extension to your home. You meet colleagues in Zoom or MS Teams calls sitting at the same table where later that day your family gathers for dinner. That makes it even more important to be happy with the job you do and work environment you are in. Before accepting any new career opportunity, you want to make sure if the position is a good fit for your career track. Does the company’s culture match your values and leadership style foster your best performance? Are there proper career growth and learning opportunities? We’re excited to launch our career’s blog “Inside Emergn”. We will spotlight our amazing people, extraordinary career paths, our learning culture and much more. What’s the best way to launch a career’s blog? By engaging and spotlighting our own people. So, we asked them a simple question: “What’s life like Inside Emergn”?
There are numerous inspiring stories of career path changes and success stories inside Emergn , shaped by VFQ, our knowledge-based learning system. For many of us the tremendous growth opportunities VFQ offers were obvious from the very beginning. For others, this evolved gradually by applying principles and practices into their daily work.
The art of knowledge sharing is a necessity for a company to grow and succeed. We think of it as going beyond just being informed, as it ensures more employees become experts and are armed with much more than the basic skills necessary to do their jobs. This fosters success for both individuals and teams. Knowledge sharing has always played a very important role in our culture.
