Our new SHEQ Team Add together some internal promotions, lots of funded external training, a fantastic external recruit and you get our new SHEQ team. Along with Kevin, our Quality Control Manager, who himself has been at Emplas in numerous roles for over 20 years, Micky, Alex and John look after all things Safety, Health, Environment and Quality here at Emplas. Micky has worked with us for almost 2½ years (having worked within the industry for 21 years) and after spending time supporting our production recruitment and new starter training, is now changing his career to focus on Health and Safety as our EHS Manager and has started an external NEBOSH course. In less than 7 months of joining the production team, John has been promoted to Quality Coordinator utilising all the practical skills and experience gained in the factory to advise team leaders and his colleagues on ensuring the very best quality product. Finally, Alex joined the team in September and coordinates the Health, Safety and Environment agenda for Emplas. Alex has a wealth of H&S knowledge to add to the team!
