Who we employ: We currently employ over 200 people at our site in Wellingborough which includes both our manufacturing facility and offices & T&K Home Improvements. Manufacturing roles include Production Operators, various roles in Stores & the Warehouse, Drivers & Production Supervisors and Managers. Office based roles include Customer Services, Order Processors, Administration, Commercial Co-ordinators, Commercial Estimators & Processors, Sales & Marketing as well as IT Developers, Accounts & HR. T&K roles include Administration, Installers & Sales Representatives.
