Investing in Leadership: Gettysburg immersive program At Ensono, we believe that leadership development is key to our continued success and growth. Recently, twelve leaders from our Sales Organization participated in a transformative three-day program in Gettysburg, PA, designed to challenge and inspire. Using the historic Battle of Gettysburg as a powerful backdrop, this immersive experience explored timeless leadership principles such as decision-making under pressure, leading through uncertainty, and aligning teams around a shared mission. Through facilitated workshops, group discussions, and guided excursions, our leaders reflected on pivotal moments in history and drew valuable parallels to the complexities they face in their own roles. At Ensono, investing in our leaders is not just about individual growth. It is about building a stronger, more resilient company ready to meet the challenges ahead.
What a summer! Our team came together for an unforgettable volunteering season and a charity bike ride that pushed us to new limits—all for a great cause. From cheering each other on to making a real impact in our community, we proved that when we ride and volunteer together, we Make Better Happen. We are thrilled to announce that Ensono has once again been recognized for its exceptional talent and leadership in the industry through the IBM Champions program.
