Happy Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day! ‘Accelerate Action’ for Gender Equality In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, we recognize and celebrate all the personal and professional achievements made by women at FRT, as well as across the world. “The battle for the individual rights of women is one of long standing and none of us should countenance anything that undermines it.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
FRT is proud to celebrate Black History Month. Honoring the past. Celebrating the present. Inspiring the future. During this month we want to ensure that we’re taking the time to honor the achievements, history, and resilience of the Black community. At FRT, we are committed to fostering a workplace that values diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B) every day. FRT's People of Color Employee Resource Group is excited to celebrate Black History Month by hosting events, sharing resources, and encouraging meaningful conversations. “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” — James Baldwin, writer (1924-1987)
Happy Lunar New Year! 🏮✨ FRT wishes those who celebrate, a wonderful Year of the Snake! 🐍
Last week, the company kicked off 2025 with FRT Week. All FRT employees from across the US, and globe, gathered at our corporate headquarters for a week of team building, learning, and strategically planning for the year ahead. During the week, we hosted author and speaker, Ryan Jenkins, to lead a workshop addressing “How to Work Effectively in a Multigenerational Workforce” and we wrapped up the week with our holiday party of almost 200 attendees. It was wonderful to see so many new and familiar faces, and we thank everyone for their participation in what was a very fruitful week.
Last week, FRT celebrated Diwali at our headquarters with a delicious catered meal from a local Indian restaurant, bringing Indian-style and vibrant flavors to America. The lunch was co-hosted by our International Employee Resource Group. We enjoy being able to acknowledge and learn about different cultures through various events like our Diwali celebration throughout the year.
Congratulations to one of FRT's own, Chris Barber, for completing the 2024 New York City Marathon last weekend! Chris, who is a member of FRT's Running Club, had an impressive time and enjoyed his first NYC marathon. Congrats, Chris!
