As part of Women’s History Month celebration, Flex India (CIP) was truly honored to host Dr. Kanimozhi NVN Somu, Rajya Sabha MP as the Chief Guest to address our employees on a session on Women’s Economic Empowerment. Dr. Kanimozhi shared her valuable insights on entrenching female participation in leadership and decision-making roles; fortifying female presence; and encouraging female independence. Dr. Kanimozhi NVN Somu was accompanied by Mr. Saravanan, spokesperson from the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and Ms. Aarthy Madan, Government Policy maker from the DMK.
