Here are some of the things you can expect on Freetrade for iPad: - A brand-new side bar, to select tabs, view your accounts, and switch between them more easily - Bigger charts, making it even easier to browse price points - You can now access your profile wherever you are in the app Not only does this give a better use of the increased screen size, but it enables you to use Freetrade side-by-side with another app.
Freetrade welcomes our MD of Sweden today, in one of our first major steps to accelerate our European expansion. Stockholm, Sweden, will be our European Head Quarters and a team will be developed here as we grow. In addition to Sweden, we are already building our waitlist in France as we prepare to launch in the country over the coming months. Following that, the ongoing European expansion will continue across The Netherlands, Germany and Ireland by the end of 2021.
Freetrade launches SIPPs (Self Invested Personal Pensions)! As part of our accelerating growth, we are now onboarding over 3.000 new members a day. SIPPs are one of many ways for our customers to invest. They offer tax efficient pensions savings that the individual fully controls.
To build on the work we have already done, we have just started working with BYP (Black Young Professionals) to advertise our engineering roles. This is essential in pursuit of our mission to get everyone investing. When we say everyone, we mean everyone: people of all backgrounds, financial positions, genders, races, ages, literacy levels, and much more. To make sure we achieve our mission, we need to get everyone working for our team here at Freetrade. That way, we make sure the people building our app represent the greater diversity of people we want to bring into the investing world.
