Fulton State hospital believes in giving back! We recently hosted the town of Fulton Missouri to our campus to enjoy our 2024 Trunk and Treat event. We had close to 1000 in attendance. It was great to see the community members and our employees' families join us for this fun event at Fulton State Hospital.
