Mental Health awareness is important to us at Gymshark. Last month we had a series of events for our People to attend, the final one being particularly aimed at Men's MHA.

Who wants to have a 3pm meeting on a Friday... 😬 Well, last Friday, we had our Design creative direction meeting, which had to be scheduled for a Friday afternoon... So, the Design team came up with the idea to hire an ice cream van to get everyone excited for the meeting! I mean, doesn't ice cream make everything better? 🍦

The team behind our incredible Lift Miami event, employees from every team, put in the hours and worked relentlessly to make this Lift event our biggest one yet 👏 Over 6000 Gymshark community members gathered over the weekend for an unforgettable experience at our biggest Lift event yet. Introducing the Gymshark Coffee Club ☕️ (Sorry everybody, this one's for internal use only 😅) Our recent employee survey suggested that the team wanted to enjoy their lattes and iced coffees at the main office, so we had an idea... Why not bring our coffee bar and our talented in-house barista, Harrison, over to GSIQ for employees to enjoy throughout their working day 👀 With some amazing collaboration from the team, we just launched our very own Coffee Club in the social area at GSIQ!
