Christian brings over 25 years of global automotive experience and has been a driving force in transforming our Automotive Division with a focus on product innovation and next-gen in-cabin experiences. Under his leadership, we’re excited to accelerate our momentum across automotive, consumer, and enterprise markets. We also extend a heartfelt thank you to Michael Mauser, who leaves behind a remarkable 27-year legacy – from guiding HARMAN through our acquisition by Samsung to achieving record growth. As the end of 2024 is almost here, it's time for HARMAN’s Month of Thanks. While showing appreciation for colleagues year-round is an important part of HARMAN’s culture, in December, we place specific focus on this. All employees are asked to pause, reflect and express our gratitude to one another for all of the hard work and support given over the course of the year, and we give back to our local communities. For Month of Thanks, we encourage all our employees to acknowledge those who have positively influenced their journey this year by: • Sending their colleagues eThanks cards or points using our internal recognition platform, BE BRILLIANT. • Giving them a shoutout on social media. Additionally, we support the well-being of our local communities across the globe. • Employees are invited to attend HARMAN’s Season of Giving Gratitude Summit where we learn about the science behind gratitude’s effects and offer insights into recognition best practices. • We encourage our employees to convert their BE BRILLIANT Points to support a nonprofit. • HARMAN International is partnering with Charity Miles, so every mile walked, ran, or biked by our employees is turned into money for their chosen nonprofit organizations. This year, HARMAN is doubling the miles donated to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) by our employees. By fostering a culture of gratitude, we not only enhance workplace performance but also support overall growth in many ways.
