We've got fantastic news to share - some of our awesome Ideagen colleagues have been shortlisted for the 2025 Generation Next Awards! These awards celebrate the achievements of the brightest young professionals in the East Midlands, where Ideagen HQ is based. The innovators, game-changers and future leaders who are inspiring others with their career journeys and successes. Huge congratulations to all our finalists. You're all shining examples of Ideagen's core values - ambition, adventure and community - in action, and we couldn't be prouder! Good luck to you all. We'll be cheering you on when the winner is announced at the awards ceremony on July 3rd.
This week, we launched our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy at Ideagen. We are a company that makes the world a safer place for everyone. For us, that starts by creating an environment where you feel comfortable to be yourself, confident in who you are, who you want to be, and feel supported to thrive and grow as part of our global family.
After two incredible years with Rainbows, we wanted to conclude our partnership with a bang by taking our fundraising efforts to the next level. This July, we had 4 amazing Ideagen teams from the UK coming together for a relay to travel an ambitious total of 28 miles between them! Our Sports Fest was just one of the highlights of the last 2 years with Rainbows. Let's take a look back on our story and some of the incredible ways that we made a difference together…
In June we celebrated the ‘Gemmys’, our annual awards recognizing the incredible achievements of our global Ideagen colleagues. The inspirational evening was a perfect opportunity to celebrate those members of the Ideagen family whose commitment and outstanding contributions positively impact their teams, our customers and the wider community. What makes the awards extra special is that everyone is nominated by their peers for the way they demonstrate our core values of ‘Ambition’, ‘Adventure’ and ‘Community’.
This May, we kicked off our new financial year in style! Check out some of the highlights from our 2023/24 year!
Earlier this year, our Malaysia team celebrated its 2024 Annual Dinner in grand style - showcasing our amazing talent and going all out in an ambitious Masquerade theme! Check out the highlights from the night!
Thursday 21 March marked the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. To mark this day, we created a short, animated video to shine a light on the importance of working together to tackle racism within the workplace and how we can all help make a difference to make sure everyone feels safe and accepted.
Friday 8th March marked International Women’s Day! Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. This International Women’s Day, we published our UK gender pay report as well as celebrating women's achievement, embracing equality, and raising awareness against bias at Ideagen. Hear from some of our Ideagen women around the world as they share some of the challenges women face in the workplace, celebrate success and career growth, the part we all play in advocacy, inclusive mindsets, and look at how these translate through experience at Ideagen:
World Day of Social Justice, observed annually on Tuesday February 20, highlights the need for social justice and the pursuit of fair and inclusive societies. It aligns perfectly with our ESG agenda through our commitment to environmental, social and governance! Let's come together and hear from some of our own Ideagenners and their experiences with social justice by watching this video!
International Day of Persons with Disabilities was on Sunday 3 December 2023, and to acknowledge, we created a video featuring some of our Ideagen community who have a disability and how their disabilities affect them in the workplace. It was insightful speaking to our colleagues about their experiences with a disability, and we hope this can encourage us all to be more aware of visible and invisible disabilities throughout Ideagen and to ensure that everyone is confident in who they are and supported to thrive as part of our global family.
