Today we're reminding our teams of how we can add social value to our communities. With volunteering and supporting fundraising, we have several ways you can become a humanitarian at Idox. This year’s theme, It takes a village, is all about the global community coming together to support people affected by humanitarian crises. Today and every day, we celebrate the philanthropy of our colleagues and humanitarians worldwide! Each year our colleagues have access to a volunteering day. Whether it's done individually or as part of a team is up to our people but it’s a great way to support our local communities or charities our employees are passionate about. Taking part in a fundraising activity? For our colleagues, we have a budget each month to help you achieve your goal. We’ll split the pot between any fundraising activities and share your story in Inside Idox. For our colleagues based in the UK, we have payroll giving. We recently received a bronze award for our giving, something that the generosity of our employees could only achieve. #ItTakesAVillage #worldhumanitarianday
In 2020, Idox launched Idox Elevate, a programme sponsored by Idox plc board, committed to championing a truly inclusive culture. The team are particularly focused on building gender equality at all levels of the organisation and challenging each of us to be more inclusive. To celebrate International Women's Day on 8 March 2022, Idox Elevate hosted several activities and shared content throughout the week to help in our commitment to advocating gender equality within Idox. We took the time to celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness against bias and continue to take action for equality. From hosting several, 50 Ways to Break the Bias workshops and a photography challenge, to providing a space for our colleagues to celebrate not only the women in our organisation but the allies who support them, our people have had the chance to engage and connect to help us do more in building an inclusive place of work. Idox Elevate is committed to continuing to break the bias not only at Idox but also having an impact on our wider sector.
To celebrate our colleagues on Employee Appreciation Day, we're taking some time out to find our flow. Idox Voice, our team of colleagues who are helping build community and togetherness across our organisation, facilitated a lunchtime yoga session for colleagues to take some time out, relax and reflect. Keep up to date with what we're doing on our LinkedIn profile.

Happy International Women's Day from all of us here at Idox. The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #ChooseToChallenge. Here are just a few of the amazing women at Idox, whose leadership and expertise allow our customers to #domore. #ChooseToChallenge – to me, choosing to challenge is my ability to speak out when I feel someone is being treated with prejudice, bias or stereotype. Finding ways that encourage us to stand up and speak out is so important. As a leader within Idox, I am delighted to be involved with Idox Elevate which aims to promote diversity, and inclusion within the Company, and help to pave the way for women in leadership positions as well as providing a platform for us to excel. International Women’s Day is a time for us to celebrate the female role models around us, and showcase our skills and achievements. Rhianne Wray We're on our journey and we choose to challenge!
