It has delivered meaningful benefits to over 400 communities right across the country. In December 2023, Irish Life presented €550,000 to our 2023 Irish Life Staff Charities - The Gavin Glynn Foundation and ChildVision Ireland. Launched in 1995, Irish Life Staff Charities has raised over €5 million for charities chosen by our employees with each €1 raised by employees matched by Irish Life. It was so special for all of us to be able to invite the charities to our campus to hear about their work and make the presentation of a record breaking amount - the biggest donation either charity had ever received and the biggest ever Irish Life Staff Charity donation with €275,000 being presented to each charity, including €100,000 raised from Irish Life Dublin Marathon staff fundraising. What a way to end the year!
