🫂 Our DevSecOps team got together to volunteer at the Age NI charity shop in Newtownards earlier this month! From rearranging the store layout and moving furniture to sorting clothing and setting up displays, they rolled up their sleeves to support a great cause. Age NI is the leading charity for older people in Northern Ireland, dedicated to helping them enjoy a better later life through care services, advocacy and community support. A huge thank you to shop manager Kellee for the warm welcome (and the tea and treats!) as our team lent a helping hand.

👩🔬 On International Day of Women and Girls in Science we want to honor the contributions from women in the field that have driven innovation and broken barriers within STEM – especially the numerous female leaders within our own organization. Last week, KX representatives from our R&D, Finance, Legal and Marketing team attended the 8th annual Women in Tech Conference in Belfast where this years theme was “Women Transforming Tech: Talent, Ambition, and Inclusion.” Recruitment Operations Manager, Joanne Kearney, shares a reflection on the conference. "A day filled with inspiring, empowering and thought-provoking speakers. At the end of the conference, I left with a renewed sense of gratitude to be part of KX, that has so many amazing women and is a place that encourages and nurtures their talents."
